Telephone Diagnosis and Repair

We will provide expert assistance in diagnosing any issues with your machine over the phone.

Replacement of Defective Parts

If necessary, we will replace any defective parts within one year of your receiving the machine.

Labor Coverage

Our warranty covers labor for the first service call within the first 30 days of receiving your machine.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Abuse or Misuse: Damage resulting from improper handling, neglect, or intentional misuse of the machine.
• Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications to the machine performed by anyone other than authorized technicians from Arcade 83, LLC.
• Pre-1990 Machines: Pinball machines and arcade games manufactured before 1990 are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
• Commercial Use: This warranty does not apply to machines used in non-residential settings, such as businesses, rental properties, or public venues.
• “As Is” Sales: Items explicitly sold “as is” in the product description are not covered by this warranty.
• Coin Mechanisms: Coin mechanisms are not included with the purchase of machines and are therefore not covered by this warranty.
