Delivery Process

• The courier will contact you within 1 working day to confirm your delivery date.

• Deliveries take place Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (no weekend deliveries).

• You’ll receive a 24-hour reminder and a 2-hour delivery window before your table arrives.

Please ensure your chosen room is accessible and large enough to accommodate the table. Delivery to restricted access areas or upper floors may not be possible.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or an unattended address, a failed delivery fee of $45 + VAT per table will apply.

Please Note: If our courier arrives to deliver your table(s) on your pre-agreed delivery day and there is nobody available at the address to accept the delivery, or we have been given an incorrect or inaccessible address, or you cancel your delivery having agreed to a date with the courier, a failed delivery charge will be made at $45.00 + VAT per table.
