We will do everything we can to assist you with the shipping and delivery of your purchase. Coordinating shipping can be a hassle for the consumer. Our in-house team will communicate timely with you after your purchase and maintain shipment tracking. Below is an overview of the shipping process and an explanation of all your shipping options. All merchandise will ship via freight carrier according to dimensions, weight, and other general characteristics of the product. Note that multiple products could be shipped by different methods and/or carriers from the same transaction and/or same shipping destination.

Most items are over-sized, heavy and hard to handle. In many cases, there are electronic components. Please choose wisely as it is our goal for you to receive your merchandise in ideal and working condition.

Local In-Store Pick Up:

  • Includes Diagnostic and Freight Damage Protection.This is highly recommended over curbside delivery. If you wish to do things yourself and not engage in our premium white glove and delivery services, have peace of mind with the additional protection in this option. Clarion will take full responsibility and bear any cost for any and all concealed freight and transit damage. Clarion will open and inspect your merchandise and will perform a diagnostic check. Why risk receiving your shipment at your curb and assume all liability? Pick up your merchandise at a time that is convenience for you. Clarion will help you load your merchandise with you knowing that it is in ideal and working condition.

Local Curbside Delivery:

  • Buyer beware of this option: Merchandise will be delivered to your curb or driveway of your residence with a LIFT GATE. It will be unloaded by the delivery driver with no debris removal or unpackaging of the item. We have very little control over your ability to inspect your product before your acceptance. Once it is delivered and unless it is signed for “DAMAGED”, buyer is responsible for any and all concealed or not concealed freight damage. With this option, there is no guarantee buyer will get the opportunity to inspect. Deliveries are made during standard-hour delivery times.

Local Inside White-Glove Delivery and Installation:

  • Includes 100% freight damage, delivery, installation and performance protection. Insure your purchase with the most trusted method. Clarion has its own delivery and installation teams that are insured and bonded. We do all of our own work, and you can rest assured that our delivery team will take care of every detail. This process includes a guaranteed 4-hour delivery window one business day in advance, inside delivery to room of choice with stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and most importantly, complete installation. You can trust who is in your home, and selecting this option also provides the additional services and warranties under our “CLARION ADVANTAGE” services plan free of charge.
    MILEAGE – The first 40 miles is free from one of our store locations. There is a $1.50 per mile one-way surcharge after the first 40 miles up to 150 miles from store location.

NATIONWIDE

Nationwide Curbside Delivery:

  • Buyer beware of this option: Merchandise will be delivered to your curb or driveway of your residence with a LIFT GATE. Once it is delivered and unless it is signed for “DAMAGED”, buyer is responsible for any and all concealed or not concealed freight damage. With this option, there is no guarantee buyer will get the opportunity to inspect. Deliveries are made during standard-hour delivery times.

Nationwide Inside Main Level Delivery:

  • Includes the opportunity to inspect for freight damage. This includes an advance phone call with an appointment time, de-skidding, inside delivery to room of choice (over one flight of stairs additional charges may apply), and is signature required. This gives the buyer to opportunity to open the packing and inspect for and all freight damage before acceptance. No unpackaging, no assembly and no debris removal.

Nationwide Premium Inside White-Glove Delivery and Setup:

  • Our most valuable nationwide service. This includes an advance phone call with an appointment time, de-skidding, inside delivery to room of choice (over one flight of stairs additional charges may apply), and is signature required. Also includes unpacking, debris removal, minor assembly, and the plugging in of games when applicable (KEY). The installers will help troubleshoot any issues and give you that next level of personal touch and care. The Amini’s in-house staff will be available to speak directly with the technicians during this process

* Some exclusions may apply in extreme or difficult delivery conditions. In some cases, the shipping address provided must be accessible by an 18-wheeler semi-truck. If the customer provides a shipping address that is not accessible, any auxiliary charges incurred must be paid by the customer.

Shipping Time:

Shipping time is based on delivery method and product weight. Note that there are other factors that can affect the length of time such as custom products, item payment, manufacturer delays, freight carrier delays and related issues. All of our delivery times are estimates. We will do our best to make, or beat, these delivery estimates but can’t guarantee these time frames will be met. Our in-house shipping team is happy to assist you so please feel free to contact us.

Merchandise Delivery Inspection:

Once you sign for a shipment, it is extremely difficult to hold a Shipping/ Freight Company responsible for damage caused during shipment. You must immediately and thoroughly inspect all merchandise prior to signing for your shipment. If there is damage, then it is recommended that you refuse the shipment and contact us at info@clarionpinball.us while the driver is still at your house.

If you see damage to the crate or carton but cannot tell if there is any damage to the contents, accept your shipment and sign the delivery receipt SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. Open the merchandise immediately to alert us of any concealed damage. We will process a claim with the carrier. You have two (2) days to alert us of any concealed damages, by contacting our customer service department at info@clarionpinball.us or by filling out our customer service form here.

In all cases, you must do this in the presence of the shipper and note any damage on the shipper’s paperwork. Contact us immediately while the shipper is there, and we will help guide and protect you through this process. If this process is not followed and you accept a shipment later finding out that it is damaged, there is nothing Amini’s can do to protect you if the shipment has been signed and received.

Minor issues – Minor damages or blemishes including small scratches and nicks may be present on the item and represent normal wear and tear from product packaging and transit. This damage does not warranty refusal of delivery or a product return.

Dimensions/Measurements/Specifications:

Measurements for all items are available under technical specifications. Please make sure to measure all pathways and doorways before placing your order, and also ensure that an entire pathway from the truck delivery point to in your home is clear of all debris and anything hazardous. It is the buyer’s responsibility that measurements are verified, and that all door opening, paths leading to the desired location, and the intended location are adequate to accommodate the item(s) purchased. Delivery items that do not fit, for any reason, are not returnable.

Merchandise Ready to Play/Adjustments and Repair:

Due to the nature of the type of merchandise as well as the shipping and transportation process, some slight adjustments and repairs may need to be made once the shipment is received. This can be caused by many factors such as the mere moving around of merchandise in loading and unloading, vibrations, weather conditions, temperatures in trucks, etc. Please contact us directly for free technical support to guide you through this process. Your purchase with us is your agreement to make reasonable efforts to make adjustments/repair to your merchandise.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping insurance is no charge as each item shipped by Clarion is covered for up to $5,000. Any additional insurance can be purchased by you and must be purchased in writing and in advance of shipment.
