• The first 30 days include full on-site service.

• For the remaining period, we provide free replacement parts and remote support.

• Even after your warranty ends, we offer full technical assistance by phone or email.

Please note: relocating or storing your machine in cold or damp conditions can void your warranty.

Commercial Use Warranty

If installed in a public venue (such as a bar, café, or arcade), the machine is covered by a 30-day parts and labour warranty for any non-malicious issues.
